Charity Fundraising Programs...

Roadtrip provides an on-line environment for groups to participate in a virtual running, walking or biking journey from one city to another. You can create your very own event around one of these journeys as a way to get others in your life involved in a fitness routine and also raise money for your organization!

Included with each Charity Challenge...

  • User ID for each participant to log their daily mileage
  • Real-time standings of all participants
  • Course map
  • Comment board for participants to communicate with others

Charity Challenges offer an excellent return as a fundraiser. Roadtrip fees are just $30 per event and then $1 for each participant who registers. If you're charging $5 or $10 per participant, then a modest size event of 100 people could generate $500 - $1000 - and you will keep 75-90% of that revenue!

Steps to take—1,2,3...

1. Contact us to let us know you're interested in a Charity Challenge by completing the form below
2. Roadtrip will set-up a registration page on RoadtripLog.com and create a PDF flyer file for you to distribute
3. Spread the word about your Charity Challenge to your organization and contributors
4. Participants sign-up (either on-line through Roadtrip’s registration page or directly to you via U.S. mail or direct registration)
5. Charity Challenge begins
6. Receive your money — 1 week after event begins, a check is sent to you for any funds Roadtrip received; you already have money from individuals who signed up through you

Excellent strategy for fundraisers such as...

  • Team In Training
  • Relay for Life
  • School/Sports Clubs

Instead of just contributing money, your friends and family can get into the fitness movement too! Start your own Charity Challenge today...
