The Roadtrip Training Log Book... Roadtrip presents the training log book that will keep track of your historical progress and motivate you to stay committed to your goals and achieve more. Your log book will include room to document 52-weeks of walking or running workouts. Space is available to record the route of each run, how you felt during the run, mileage, pace, weekly mileage and more. Each of the Roadtrip journeys (six in all) are included in the log book. This allows you to simultaneously track your progress on a daily basis from the origin city as you make your way to the destination city. Charting your progress along one of these journeys is an excellent method for beginners who hope to stay committed to an endurance exercise program and for experienced runners/walkers who are looking for something new to motivate them!
